Three figures are sitting next to each other on a bench. The typical posture of a smartphone user: head bowed, fingers typing and swiping and a face lit up by the screen. They are physically present, but somewhere else entirely in their minds.

This installation comments on how we are constantly drawn to all the screens that literally and figuratively illuminate our lives. Our smartphone is always with us and is an extension of our contact with family and friends, wherever they are. Apps like Spotify now ensure that just about any music ever released is available with a few clicks.
